BANANA BLOSSOM YOGURT CUPS

Ingredients:
- 1 Quaker Mini Caramel Rice Cake.
- 2 Tbsp @lightandfit Greek yogurt (Plain Greek or any flavor would work, I used Vanilla, but Banana Cream, toasted marshmallow, Coconut or even fruit-based ones would be great!)
- 1 Serving Flavored PB Co Banana Nut Bread PB Powder.
- 1 Serving Fat Free cool whip
Preparation:
- Place 1 mini rice cake into bottom of cupcake liner or silicon mold.
- Mix together yogurt with peanut powder.
- Add yogurt mixture on top of rice cake.
- Tap a couple times on the counter to even out yogurt layer.
- Spread Serving of cool whip on top of yogurt layer.
- Decorate Top with sliced bananas, Reese’s, chocolate morsels, sprinkles, crushed nuts etc...
- Place in Freezer to firm.
- Once ready to eat, let sit out for a few minutes to soften some.
