Made with yogurt this is sweet and healthy at the same time! Ease the ice cream craving with this much healthier alternative!

1 Quaker Mini Caramel Rice Cake.
2 Tbsp @lightandfit Greek yogurt (Plain Greek or any flavor would work, I used Vanilla, but Banana Cream, toasted marshmallow, Coconut or even fruit-based ones would be great!)
1 Serving Flavored PB Co Banana Nut Bread PB Powder.
1 Serving Fat Free cool whip
Place 1 mini rice cake into bottom of cupcake liner or silicon mold.
Mix together yogurt with peanut powder.
Add yogurt mixture on top of rice cake.
Tap a couple times on the counter to even out yogurt layer.
Spread Serving of cool whip on top of yogurt layer.
Decorate Top with sliced bananas, Reese’s, chocolate morsels, sprinkles, crushed nuts etc...
Place in Freezer to firm.
Once ready to eat, let sit out for a few minutes to soften some.
