Who wouldn’t want to wake up to these “Banana Nut Bread” Overnight Oats? Quick easy breakfasts are the best!

🥜50g rolled oats⠀
🍌1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk⠀
🥜1 scoop protein powder, I used @legionath French Vanilla
🍌1/2 ripe banana, mashed ⠀
🥜2 T nonfat Greek yogurt
🍌1 T PB powder
🥜1 T @flavoredpbco banana nut bread flavored peanut powder (if you don’t have this (but you should!!) add an extra T regular Pb powder)
🍌1/2 t cinnamon⠀
🥜1/4 t vanilla extract⠀
🍌stevia or sweetener of choice, to taste⠀
🍌1/2 T chopped walnuts and more banana slices for topping⠀
Mash the banana up
Mix all the ingredients, minus the toppings.
Store in refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, eat cold or heat in microwave 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through. I prefer warm so the liquid gets absorbed more 😉 top with banana and walnuts!
