Directions

1. In a medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients until fully incorporated

2. Add egg and Pudding, and stir to form a thick dough. If too wet to pick up and roll, add more flour (it helps to spray hands with cooking oil)

3. Separate dough into 2 servings

4. Roll dough into a rope that you can connect and create donut shape

5. Line Air Fryer with cooking sprayed foil

6. Place donuts in foil and spray top of donuts with butter spray, coconut oil, or brush with egg white. Then sprinkle with granulated sweetener and dusting of cocoa if desired

7. Set Fryer to 320 degrees for 10-12 mins

8. Flip donuts over halfway through cooking

9. Be sure not to overcook. Should be crispy on top but soft inside

10. For topping, you can use remaining sugar-free pudding, or whatever your macros allow

11. Sprinkle with coconut flakes
