CHOCOLATE MINT COOKIES
Chocolate Mint Cookies
2 servings (24g) of Flavored PB Co Chocolate Almond Bar
3-4 teaspoons liquid egg whites
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
A few drops of peppermint extract
Andes baking chips (optional)
Mix all ingredients together into a thick batter
I use my toaster oven, but you can heat a regular oven to 350. You can separate batter into 2 small cookies, or do 1 bigger cookie.
Place batter into greased foil or baking sheet. I then sprinkled Andes baking chips on top of raw cookie batter.
Bake for 5-7 mins. (Can also microwave in ramekin, small bowl, paper/plastic cup, cake liner etc. for 20-30 secs)
