Thank you to @jessie_cae87 for this recipe. These brownies are made with the Flavored PB CO Salted Caramel Crunch peanut powder. The Brownie comes out huge & would be considered several servings! This is another recipe you'll definitely want to try!

Macros are for total recipe, recommended split into servings
26g Kodiak cakes
6g cocoa powder
12g Flavored PB Co (salted caramel crunch)
2 tbsp sweetener
1 tsp baking powder
30ml sugar-free syrup
50g Greek yogurt
10g chocolate chips
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix in wet ingredients slowly (can also use 45g egg whites instead if want less fat)
Add in chocolate chips
Add in any extras into the middle as you pour into a mini loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 14 mins
Top with any additions if you want
