Cocoa-Nut Donut PB Cookies
“Donut” worry...we’ve got your chocolate cravings covered with our Cocoa-Nut Donut flavor! We use the finest Dutch processed cocoa, all natural coconut flavoring and real toasted, lightly sweetened coconut flake for extra texture. Envision sinking your teeth into a chocolate-y cake donut that’s been drenched in a decadent glaze, crowned with shredded coconut! Ingredients: Non-GMO Peanut Powder, Tapioca Powder, Cane Sugar, Coconut, Cocoa Powder (Alkalized), Natural Flavoring, Sea Salt, Stevia.
1 1/2 cup Flavored PB Co Cocoa-Nut Donut peanut butter powder
1 1/2 cup almond flour
2 large egg (or 2 flax egg if vegan)
1/2 cup coconut oil melted
1/2 cup Erythritol
1 tsp vanilla essence
Preheat oven to 360ºF & lay cooking sheet with baking paper
In a food processor, with the S blade attached, add all the cookie ingredients
Process on medium speed until all ingredients come together
Scoop dough with cookie scoop and roll into a ball using your hands, then place the rolled dough on the cooking sheet
Press each ball with your fingers to form flat round cookies (~1cm thickness)
Bake at 360º for 18-23 minutes or until the sides & top are golden-brown
Let cookies cool for 20 minutes & ENJOY!
