Macros are for full batch [approx. 8 servings per batch]
1/3 cup Trader Joe's Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (if needed; for mix consistency)
Sugar-free maple syrup
Combine the Trader Joe's Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix, mashed banana & eggs together in a mixing bowl & stir until pancake mix reaches optimal consistency
Add unsweetened vanilla almond milk for consistency [OPTIONAL]
Pour pancake mix (~8 serving sizes) onto a griddle & cook until sides are golden brown
Mix Flavored PB Co. Salted Caramel Crunch Peanut Powder w/ water, adding water until it reaches a peanut butter thickness
Spread Flavored PB Co. peanut butter over the pancakes & top w/ a drizzle of sugar-free syrup
