Salted Caramel Protein Pancakes
Thanks to @erintriestobehealthy for this great recipe! Whether it's a lazy Sunday breakfast or a sweet evening treat, these Salted Caramel Protein Pancakes will satisfy your every craving... without the guilt!
2 tbsp Flavored PB Co. Salted Caramel Crunch Peanut Powder
2 large eggs
1 banana, mashed
1/3 cup Trader Joe's Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (if needed; for mix consistency
Sugar-free maple syrup
Combine the Trader Joe's Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix, mashed banana, and eggs and blend together in a mixing bowl
Add in vanilla almond milk and blend together
Pour pancake mix (~8 serving sizes) onto a griddle and cook until sides are golden brown
Mix Flavored PB Co. Salted Caramel Crunch Peanut Powder w/ water, adding water until it reaches a peanut butter thickness
Spread Flavored PB Co. Salted Caramel Crunch over the pancakes and drizzle on the maple syrup
