30 SECOND MICROWAVE BROWNIES
Need Brownies ASAP!
30 Second Microwave Brownies
If you are having a brownie emergency (and yes, there is such a thing) then you need this quick recipe!
Mix all brownie ingredients except toppings - should create a brownie batter like texture
Microwave in a small jar, cup, ramekin, cupcake liner etc. for 20-30 secs
For Chocolate topping: In a separate small microwave-safe bowl, heat 2tsp coconut oil for about 10 secs
Mix about 1 tbsp @flavoredpbco “chocolate almond bar”
Place already cooked brownie in the freezer for a few minutes while coconut oil/PB powder mixture cools slightly
Once Brownie is chilled, take out of freezer and pour chocolate PB/coconut oil mixture over brownie
Place desired toppings and pop in fridge for 30 secs to min to harden chocolate topping. When ready to eat let sit out to get to room temperature if the brownie is frozen or still really cold...
Tips: do not overcook brownie batter, it will get dry... Make sure coconut oil/chocolate PB powder is not thick, should be a “sauce” or more liquid consistency to be able to drizzle on top
