A fun, protein packed snack for those who want something fruity & chocolatey with more protein and less sugar.
1/4 cup Banana Nut Bread Flavored Pb
1 Tbsp Chocolate of choice
Water for mixing
Toppings (We used chia seeds, crispy cereal, and sprinkles. Try cacao nibs, coconut shreds, or crushed nuts)
Peel bananas and arrange on a plate
Mix 1 TBSP water and 2 tbsp banana nut pb powder
Spread an even layer on top of each banana
Melt chocolate and smooth over top of each banana
Sprinkle toppings of choice on top of each banana
Refrigerate for an hour or until chocolate is hard
Slice into “sushi” and enjoy!
