Cottage Cheese Edible Cookie Dough
High protein. Delicious. Eat it by the spoon full.
1 lb low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup Vanilla Blondie PB powder
Chocolate chips (amount of your liking)
Blend the cottage cheese with maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Stir in the almond flour and pb powder until fully combined, then add the chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for about an hour to let it thicken.
