Return Policy


NOTE: Due to the nature of Flavored PB Co’s all natural food products, we are unable to refund any opened or used products, however you may return or exchange unopened items by following the steps below.

You may return unopened items purchased from Flavored PB Co for any reason within twenty (20) days of purchase.

Return Instructions:

Step One: Email us at Team[at] and provide your name and order number, indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund, and the reason for the return or exchange. If item was damaged or defective please refer to "Damaged & Incorrect Items" below.

Step Two: Items must be properly packaged and returned at the customer's expense. We must receive these products unopened and in new condition. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely as we need to receive them in new condition. We are not responsible for breakage or damage during shipment of returned items.

Step Three: Make a copy of the receipt from your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy with the products being shipped. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

Step Four: Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us.

Once Flavored PB Co. has received the items to be returned or exchanged, please allow 14 business days for inspection and your payment refund. You will be granted a full refund of the item or items originally purchased, and your payment will be returned by the method used for purchase.

Unopened Items - 20 Days or more. Please contact us by email.

Damaged & Incorrect Items:

Our error rate is less than 1% but occasionally we make an error and ship the incorrect item. Please double check the email confirmation you received at the time of your order and if we made an error, please email us at Team[at] and we will immediately correct it!

If you made an error and want to return or exchange an item - no problem! Just return it as directed above and we'll take care of it!

We do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. But once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands - products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging in case your carrier requires an inspection of the damaged package. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)

Missing or lost packages:

Please check your tracking number on the confirmation email you received from us, for your delivery status before contacting us, if you are waiting on delivery, sometimes weather conditions or holidays can effect and delay shipping time. If you still have not received your package please contact us explaining the issue and allow us time to investigate what happened.
